Checking it Twice

That great herald of the holiday season, the delivery of the toy catalogs, happened this weekend, and so the kids tore through them like tiny, less slimy Gollums and began to put together their Christmas lists.  In recent years, I've learned that it's best to wait for Santa deployment until after these catalogs arrive to achieve maximum smilage Christmas morning.  We've only made a first pass, so there is much culling yet to do because you are not getting 17 smart phones Sabrina, ahem.

All of this got me thinking about what I would like to get for Christmas.  My mom has already asked for ideas (hi Mom!), so I put some brain power on it and came up with... bupkis.  Y'all, the pressure.  I can't think of anything I want, particularly that is a) within a reasonable gift price range (ain't nobody buying me a new couch for the playroom), and b) something that I'm not totally picky about (clothes, purses) that no one else is going to get right no matter how hard they try because I'm obnoxious.

So, all 6 of you out there (I'm being generous - it's probably 2) (I hope it's 2) who are not my mom (hi Mom!), I implore you for ideas.  What do I want for Christmas?  What do YOU want for Christmas?  I'm sure you all have lovely things on your Christmas lists, or perhaps got something completely awesome last year or for your birthday or on Arbor Day.  So please tell me what I should request.  Because I know I don't want anything else I have to dust.

  1. I want a new Clarsonic because my old one bit the dust and I was too cheap to replace it so I'm using a cheap Oil of Olay one. It seems to me I had other things on my list, but then I didn't actually MAKE a list so now I've forgotten.

  2. Oh you make it too easy! http://www.amazon.com/Cub-Gift-of-Nothing/dp/B002J8VDXE/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1415160487&sr=8-1&keywords=nothing+gift

My Amazon list is always up and running. Of course some of it is not in the gift giving price range, unless relatives win the lottery soon, but it is a WISH list. Ha!
