Me: “Let’s pray for patience at church today.”
Sabrina: “What’s patience?”
Me: “Well, it’s when we are calm and happy and love each other without yelling.”
Sabrina: “Oh, I thought it was people in the hospital.”
Me: “That, too. You go ahead and pray for patients, too.”
Sabrina: “You got it, Mommy.”

Hehehe. :)
ReplyDeleteI had a friend who said she tried to remember to never pray for patience because every time she did she got many opportunities to practice patience :)
ReplyDeleteI like Sabrina's thinking though!
